Bobby Brown Offically Charged With DUI
Bobby Brown has just been charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.According to TMZ,the 43-year-old “Humpin’ Around” singer had a .12 blood alcohol level when he was busted on Monday afternoon for driving while talking on his phone. Cops detected a strong smell of alcohol, and he was cuffed and booked after failing the sobriety test.
Both offenses carry a maximum penalty of 6 months in jail. Bobby could also be fined $1000 per offense.
