It’s been one hell of a weekend for Black music with the release of Beyonce’s ‘Formation’ video and Missy Elliott is here to add to it.
The beloved performer dropped ‘Pep Rally’ to celebrate the one-year anniversary of her show-stealing Super Bowl performance alongside Katy Perry.
Unlike her dance anthem ‘WTF (Where They From),’ featuring Pharrell, ‘Pep Rally’ feels disorganized. We’re not feeling it, but it doesn’t discourage us from what’s to come.
