Viola Davis Covers Variety In All Her Natural Black Girl Glory

Viola Davis is finally getting the recognition she deserves. The Academy Award- nominated thespian made history when she became the first Black woman to take home an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress In A Drama at this year’s ceremony and she continues to inspire brown girls around the world on the cover of Variety Magazine.
In other Viola news, she started trending after posting this adorable photo a young girl who channeled her Emmys look.
Viola’s daughter also hacked her mom’s Instagram after her Emmys win. We can’t deal with all of the cuteness.
