Tiny On Xscape’s Breakup: Kandi Was Not The One With The Big Head

Tiny isn't here for the other Xscape members blaming Kandi for their breakup.

We’ll probably never know what caused Xscape’s untimely break up, but if you let former members Latocha and Tameka Scott tell it, lead singer Kandi was to blame. A recent episode of TV One’s Unsung dug deeper into the story, revisiting the question 90s enthusiasts are desperate to know.

According to Tamika and Latocha, Kandi’s secret romance with Jermaine Dupri was the last straw. While Kandi claims the relationship wasn’t serious, it caused an even bigger rift in the group. With Latocha pursuing her solo career and Jermaine Dupri between business deals, Xscape was over.

We recently caught up with Tiny, who tweeted during the show, “I can’t lie I hate the way Unsung cut the story up & what they decided to play!! U still ain’t getting the real story! But whatever enjoy!”
