We were 16 once, so we get it — having a super sweet extravaganza is the most important high school event of a young girl’s life (next to prom, which has also reached new levels of over-the-topness). But Cynthia Bailey’s daughter Noelle’s Sweet 16 invitation looks like it costs more than what we make in a month.
According to reports, David Tutera is planning the massive soiree that will also air on his WeTV show CELEBrations. The guest list, which is in the hundreds, features celeb kids like Disney star Trevor Jackson and Diggy Simmons is set to perform.
The invitation to Noelle’s coming of age celebration went out and it looks like Cynthia is breaking the bank on the party.
