Kerry Washington Opens Up About Life As A Mom In First Post-Baby Interview

Kerry Washington is known for keeping her lips sealed when it comes to her personal life, but the actress opened up about life as a new mommy during a chit chat with The Los Angeles Times today.

In her first post-baby interview, the “Scandal” star took questions from Twitter fans, and of course, everyone wanted to know about baby Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha.

“Now that you’re a mom will it be bittersweet to go back to work,” a fan asked.

“So tricky because you know I don’t talk about this stuff,” the notoriously private star responded, before going to to say she feels “really blessed.”

“I will say I feel really, really blessed,” Kerry shared. “I just feel really blessed that I’m kind of living extraordinary dreams come true in my work life and in my personal life.”

According to reports, she is scheduled to make her first post-baby appearance at the 2014 BET Awards on Sunday, June 29.
