The customers at Brucies, a down home eatery in Brooklyn, NY, will enjoy “Reasonable Trout,” “Brestiny’s Child” or “bread and ancHOVi butter” off the restaurant’s Beyonce themed Valentine’s Day menu this year. And just in case you’re wondering, they do have a dish called “surf board” (deviled bone marrow, root vegetables, bone broth bathtub).
Since we’re pinching ourselves for not coming up with the idea first, we’ve decided to borrow Brucie’s brilliant marketing ploy and create a few celebrity themed menus of our own.
