It’s official: financial guru Mellody Hobson and “Star Wars” mastermind George Lucas have tied the knot.

According to the Huffington Post, the lovebirds said “I do” at Skywalker Ranch in Marin County, Calif. this weekend. The ceremony was officiated by journalist Bill Moyers, who quoted the words of 13th-century poet Rumi: “When I heard my first love story, I was thinking of you.”

The 44-year-old Ariel Investments president wore a Peter Soronen dress as former New Jersey Senator Bill Bradley walked her down the aisle. Lucas’ son Jett served as best man, and his two daughters, Katie and Amanda, as bridesmaids.

It was truly a star-studded event with musical performances by Janelle Monae and singer Van Morrison, who flew in from Ireland. Other celebs in attendance included Steven Spielberg, Arianna Huffington and Ron Howard.

Watch out Jay-Z and Beyonce, Hobson and Lucas are another billionaire, power couple to be reckoned with.

In addition to serving as president of Ariel Investments, Hobson is chairman of Dreamworks Animation and a financial contributor with CBS.

Lucas’ contributions to popular culture include the Indiana Jones saga, which he co-created with Spielberg, and “American Graffiti,” which he directed in 1973. Last October, Lucas sold his production company, Lucasfilm Ltd., to the Walt Disney Company for $4.05 billion. “Star Trek” director J.J. Abrams soon signed on to direct the first in a series of planned “Star Wars” sequels, set to begin filming early next year.
