Michelle Obama followed the footsteps of another former fashionable First Lady, Jackie O, and positioned herself as one of the few first ladies in American history who inspire our world of fashion. From the stunning Narciso Rodriguez and Isabel Toledo ensembles she wore to her husband President Barack Obama’s inauguration celebrations to the Jason Wu dress that debuted her role as first lady during the inauguration ball (which was donated to the Smithsonian), her choices are elegant and timeless, chic and high fashion, and more importantly relatable. Who can forget the $33 H&M dress she sported on The Today Show?
What can we say about Michelle Obama’s style? We’d vote for them over and over again. Relive my favorite Michelle Obama looks in the slideshow below and tell me your favorites in the comments section.
