Lady Gaga never fails to surprise her audience, whether she decides to jump into the crowd during a concert or if she shows up to an event wearing a dress made entirely out of meat. That’s why we were almost not surprised when she decided to go with the “Panda Look” for one of her television appearances. She went with a black and white dress and eye make up and that made her resemble a panda bear.
