Terence Crutcher, 40, was having car troubles when his vehicle stalled in the middle of a road in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Police responded to a call from witnesses about Crutcher's car being in the middle of the street, but instead of receiving the help he needed, he was tased and then shot by police.
