If females wears it like Tyra is in this picture where you can tell it’s lace front then I don’t like it but If it’s hard to tell that you have it on then I love it I would get one myself.

Why is Taraji in this gallery she is not rocking a lace front wig; that’s her real hair its just thick, c’mon now! But anyway, I never personally worn them but if put in correctly they look really nice on certain people.

I dont see the big deal with Tyra’s hair besides the edges with all that makeup.It looks real to me.I love Mary J,but hers look fake as hell.Taraji’s hair ummm it looks good but not sure if thats a wig or not.Evas look fake with the hair line,but everyone elses looks great.

I have one and I like!Keeps me from having to flat iron/style my own hair everyday.HOWEVER it can look a hot mess if you don’t “install” it right…

i make them and yes they can look a hot mess if you don’t take care of them or put them on the right way. It’s wonderful for people with hair problems or just to change your style. i have one in black, honey blond and red. Holla!

There’s nothing wrong w/lace fronts. It’s just hair – and for a lot of people, hair is just an accessory. I think Black people put too much emphasis on hair and women having real hair, weaves etc.

Our hair is not who we are, we are so much more than what we wear, what we look like. I know some mean, ugly b!tches who wear their “home grown” hair and some great women who constantly rock lace fronts, weaves or braids. Who cares what’s “on” their heads, it’s what’s going on “in” their heads is what matters!

I LIKE LACE FRONTS! I have a few along with some regular wigs. I always will get several opions before I purchase it, either for color, length and how it looks for my face frame. Some folks just don’t wear them correctly.
Here are some reasons some sistas should stay away from Lace Fronts:
IF you don’t cover your front well enough whereas it doesn’t look wiggy…….You Can’t Wear A Lace Front!
IF you wear the back up and your wig is bone straight and your nappy kitchen is showing…….You Can’t Wear A Lace Front!
IF your sideburns are showing and they’re black and you got light blonde wig on…….You Can’t Wear A Lace Front!
IF you got your Lace Front pulled back into a ponytail and it’s tight and you look like you just had a facelift and someone didn’t tell you you look good that way…….You Can’t Wear A Lace Front!
IF the lace around the Lace Front is light beige and you are dark brown…….You Can’t Wear THAT Lace Front!
IF you have a pudgy face (I got a round one and ain’t hating), and you wearing a straight long flowing lace front, looking like a pole dancer (without the body)…….You Can’t Wear THAT Lace Front!
There are short lace front styles that looks good too, they don’t all have to be long. AND PLEASE, get some help to put that lace front on, either beauty supply shere you purchased it(some have stylist there), a salon, your sister, mother, cousin, etc.
Come on sistas, you know there are things on the market that some can wear, and some cannot. I still don’t believe “ONE SIZE FITS ALL”.

If you are going to wear a lacefront wig, make sure that you have it on your head correctly! I went to the Circle of Sista’s 09 with my cousin and as expected there were many black owned businesse’s in attendance representing their products and service! There was table with lace front wigs on displahy and it caught the attention of]my cousin and I. We walked up to the table and asked a few questions about the lacefront wigs.The lady informed us that in addition to selling the wigs she also could professionally attach it to our heads if we chose! The problem was she had on a lace front wig ,that I assume she put on her own head and it looked a da&mn mess! Her wig was pulled so low on her forehood that she looked like Blacula or a treasure troll! I could not believe it! My cousin was seriously considering going to BX to let this chick put a lace front on her head , until I pulled her away from that table with the quickness! We laughed about it after we left the the venue.(I will be reminding her of this next week when I see her at a family get together ,lol) !If you are going to sell these to potential customers make sure that you own shyt looks decent!
