Blow Pops: This 18-gram candy-gum combo has 60 calories, no fat and 13 grams of sugar.

Gobstoppers: Nine pieces of this everlasting treat have 60 calories, no fat and 14 grams of sugar.

Pixy Stix: There are 60 calories, 0 grams of fat and 15 grams of sugar in seven straws of this fruit-flavored candy.

Candy Corn: 22 pieces of this ultimate Halloween candy has 140 calories, no fat and 32 grams of sugar.

Tootsie Pop: This lollipop with the Tootsie Roll center is only 60 calories. Only have one, though!

Whoppers: Unlike Milk Duds, these are covered in what tastes like real chocolate, and are just 10 calories per ball. Yum.

Almond M&Ms: No trans-fats, plus almonds contain omega fatty acids, which are important in cell health.

Junior Mints or Peppermint Patties: These mint-filled chocolates are lower in fat than many other cocoa-based treats, getting only 25 percent of their calories from fat.

Dark Chocolate: It’s loaded with anti-oxidants that promote a health heart.
