Halle Berry’s ex Gabriel Aubry has a lot of money coming his way thanks to a new family court ruling. According to reports, the 47-year-old actress has been ordered to pay the father of her 6-year-old daughter Nahla a whopping $16,000 a month in child support!
That may seem like a lot of money but it doesn’t stop there. Along with child support payments that come out to nearly $200,000 each year, Halle was ordered to pay their daughter’s tuition, half of her health care expenses, a retroactive payment of $115,000, and $300,000 for Aubry’s attorney fees.
The Associated Press reports L.A. Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon signed off on a settlement, which is expected to continue until Nahla turns 19 years old or finishes high school, whichever comes first.
According to court documents, the former lovers — who dated from 2005 to 2010 — share equal custody of their daughter.
In related drama, Master P lost custody of his four children today after failing to show up for court. According to TMZ, his estranged wife Sonya Miller was awarded sole physical and legal custody of 13-year-old Hercy, 9-year-old Mercy, 17-year-old Tytyana and 14-year-old Italy.
