Congratulations are in order for Keija Minor–the first black Editor-In-Chief at Condé Nast. Minor has cracked open that proverbial glass ceiling by accepting the position as E-I-C of Brides Magazine. Minor announced this position shortly after former E-I-C Anne Fulenwider accepted the same position for Marie Claire.
