‘Moesha’ turned 20 on January 23rd of this year, and we are shocked that the show premiered that long ago.

Brandy walked back through memory lane with ET, “I think for young black girls to grow up through her journey and through her eyes and to see a young black girl with braids in her hair, it leaves the legacy of possibility,” she explained.

The show, that brought so much joy to Black girls nationwide, didn’t come without it’s troubles. One of the most publicized beefs was between Brandy and on-screen BFF Countess Vaughn. (The two recently made up via Instagram).

In the midst of its popularity, the show was suddenly canceled, leaving the beloved characters dangling off a plot cliff.

“I was very, very disappointed with how the show ended. I would really love to resolve that issue,” the singer/actress said.

The 36-year-old explained she would be totally here for a reunion, “Full House is coming back, right? [A Netflix reboot] would be awesome. We could do, like, two episodes or something. I’m ready to go!”

While the performer is excited for a reunion, she is enjoying being back on the small screen for her show, Zoe Ever After.

“It’s all about divine timing. There were a few different steps I needed to take in order to get back to the space where I could carry and hold my own on a show again,” she revealed.

Well we are so excited for this new show, and a possible ‘Moesha’ reincarnation!
