Frank Ocean had a busy week. Along with filing court documents to legally change his name, the singer was hit with a massive lawsuit by Mexican food chain Chipotle.

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old singer, who is officially changing his real name of Christopher Edwin Breaux to his stage name, wanted to have his burrito and eat it too. He sign a $425,000 promotional deal with Chipotle, but was upset when the company’s logo appeared at the end of his commercial spot.

“To reiterate … he was mad Chipotle’s logo was in a Chipotle advertisement,” the site reports. “The restaurant says it got an email from Frank’s people claiming Frank thought he was promised final say over the recording and all promotional materials — and believed the company was in breach when it refused to remove its logo.”

As a result, Ocean pulled out of the deal and Chipotle was forced to replace the superstar with another superstar, Fiona Apple. Now, the Mexican grill wants their money back, all $212,500 of it!

Ocean has yet to respond to the suit. We hope he has a logical explanation for all this!
