Robin Roberts who is on an extended leave from “Good Morning America” and is documenting her journey with this latest health setback, took to her blog on Tuesday to share her thoughts on her chemo and upcoming bone marrow transplant.
“The start of last week went well but the daily chemo/treatment caught up to me by the weekend. My body is so weak but not my mind. YOU give me the courage to keep going.”
The anchor who is in treatment for her myelodysplastic syndrome, will receive the transplant from her sister, Sally-Ann on Thursday. Robin’s doctor will appear on “GMA” with an update on her condition on Thursday.
We admire Robin’s positive outlook and wish her all the best.
