Not all communication comes out of our mouths. Body language messages are sent automatically without the sender even knowing they are doing so. Women are known to send five times more body language messages than men.
Women are known to be able to read body language much better than men. Women know what they have and know how to use it. Fortunately for us ladies, men make a lot of mistakes with their body language messages. Most of the times when men think they are hiding their intentions, their body language is actually sending out their true thoughts and we can read these true thoughts. Sorry guys!
Reading body language is one of the most reliable sources of being able to indicate a persons feelings and thoughts. For example, arms crossed over the chest means, “I am so not comfortable in this situation.” Or, lack of eye contact means, “I totally disagree.” We need to concentrate less on the verbal messages and more on the non-verbal messages. Did you know that all unconscious body language messages are accurate and truthful? And I’m sure you know that words often are not truthful.
What message are our clothes saying?
For example, when someone touches his or her ear or scratches their chin it means, “I don’t believe a word you’re saying.” Or, tilting your head to one side means, “You’re boring me to death.” Watch out for some of these signs! If you pay close attention to the body language most of your questions can be answered.

Did you know that most of the unconscious body language deals with safety, survival, and reproduction? Over millions of generations used body language for mating and have perfected this technique. Women still use much of the same body language to attract men as their ancestors did!!

Examples of body language:
1. Mirroring your body language means, “I get you, and I think we’re bonding.”
2. Legs crossed with ankles resting on knee means, “I am not trustworthy.”
3. Open palms means, “I trust you 100%.”
4. Playing with hair means, “I am insecure.”
5. Speaking with a hand in front of mouth means, “I’m lying or I know something that I don’t want you to know about.”
6. Hands, feet, body facing or pointing towards you means, “I have a huge crush on you.”
7. Blinking a lot means, “Wanna come home with me?”
8. Raising eyebrows means, “I think you’re hot.”
9. Dilated pupils means, “I want to take you home.”
10. Steepled fingers means, “I’m in control here.”
