Max Mara Names Zoe Saldana “Face Of The Future”
Zoe Saldana’s star is definitely on the rise following her lead roles in blockbuster hits like “Star Treck” and “Avatar.”
Her outstanding talent is being recognized by leading Italian designer designer Max Mara, who has named Saldana “Face of the Future.” According to the Telegraph:
Ms Saldana will be the front row guest-of-honour at the presentation of MaxMara’s autumn/winter 2010/2011 collection at Milan Fashion Week on Saturday, February 27th.
We are glad to see that despite some media outlets’ reluctance to honor the accomplishments of women of color, Max Mara is willing to give recognition where it is due.
