Eric Daman, the costume designer behind the hit show “Gossip Girl,” has created his very own collection of prom dresses for retailer Charlotte Russe. Each of the 8 dresses is under $50 and, as explained by Daman himself, “offers something for every girl, every taste, shape and style.”
As for how to style the affordable dress, he suggests going bold with your shoe and handbag choices–“mix it up, try not to be matchy matchy!”–and keeping things simple with your jewelry. One statement piece and one complementary piece should do the trick.
