Rosalind Noonan Releases Her New Novel, "The Daughter She Used To Be"

Rosalind Noonan, acclaimed author of One September Morning and In a Heartbeat, is known for her emotionally charged and riveting novels.  In her forthcoming book, THE DAUGHTER SHE USED TO BE (Kensington Books, October 2011; Trade Paperback – $15), she combines the morally complex suspense elements of Jodi Picoult’s family dramas along with the romantic elements of Kristen Hannah to explore ideas of loyalty, family and justice.

Bernadette Sullivan was born to uphold law and order. The daughter of a career cop, she grew up with blue uniforms hanging in the laundry room and officers laughing around the dinner table. Her brothers joined New York’s finest, her sister married into the force, and Bernie is an assistant District Attorney.  Collaring criminals, putting them away–it’s what the Sullivans do.
