1. Super Drunk For The Super Bowl

I know nothing of the Super Bowl. In fact, I’m not even sure who’s playing, but one thing I DO know is–I will be at a Super Bowl soiree and I will be drinkin…watermelon. And here’s a few drink recipes to make sure you’ll be drinking too! Happy Game Day!

2. Beer Mojito

2 teaspoons sugar
8 to 10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
3 ounces white rum
One 12-ounce bottle of your favorite India Pale Ale

In a tall glass, muddle together the sugar, mint and lime. Pour in the rum and stir to combine. Strain into 2 glasses filled with ice. Top each with some beer and serve.

3. Beggars Banquet

2 dashes Angostura Bitters
.25 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Maple syrup
2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
Old Speckled Hen Beer

Add all the ingredients, except the beer, to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with beer and garnish with an orange half-wheel.

4. The Lanesborough

.66 oz Grand Marnier
.66 oz Cranberry juice
.66 oz Passion fruit juice or puree
2 oz Moët & Chandon Champagne

Add the Grand Marnier, cranberry juice and passion fruit juice or puree to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne and garnish with an orange spiral twist.

5. Harvest Highball

1.5 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
.5 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
2 oz Chilled ginger beer

Add all the ingredients except the ginger beer to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.

6. Maple Leaf

1 1/2 ounces bourbon (I used Maker’s Mark)
1/2 ounce pure maple syrup
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

7. Blue Margarita

2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Blue Curacao
1 oz. Triple sec
1 oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Simple syrup

Prepare a mason jar or margarita glass by rubbing the rim with a cut lime and then dipping the glass into a shallow dish of sea salt until the rim is coated. Chill the glass. Combine all in the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Pour into chilled glass.

.75 oz CÎROC® Amaretto
.75 oz CÎROC® Peach
1.5 oz Ginger Ale
.75 oz Orange Juice

9. The Double Header

.75 oz CÎROC® Base
.75 oz CÎROC® Red Berry
1.5 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Twist of Lime
.5 oz Tonic Water

10. The Dimeback

.75 oz CÎROC® Amaretto
.75 oz CÎROC® Coconut
1 oz Simple Syrup
.25 oz Lime Juice

11. CÎROC Blitz

.75 oz CÎROC® Base
.75 oz CÎROC® Peach
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
Splash of Cranberry Juice

12. Seattle Slammer

2 ounces Crater Lake Sweet Ginger Vodka
Sparkling Apple Juice
2 ounces bourbon

Mix vodka and bourbon in a champagne flute, top with sparkling apple juice.

13. Crater Lake Kickoff

2 ounces Crater Lake Vodka
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce champagne splash Chambord
2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice

Mix vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Top with champagne and Chambord. Garnish with lemon.

14. Michelada

Salt, for rimming the glasses
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, rinds reserved
Ice
1 1/2 cups light Corona
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as Tabasco
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper, for garnish

Rim the glass with lime rinds and salt. Place the lime juice, beer, Worcestershire sauce, hot and soy sauce in the pitcher & mix. Top with pepper.
