INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz Crow Royal Maple Finished Whisky
2 oz cider
Top with hot water

DIRECTIONS:
Dry shake all ingredients, except hot water, and pour into a mug. Garnish with a half pat of butter.

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum
¾ oz Apple Liqueur
2 oz Red Cranberry Juice

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker glass. Shake well and strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

INGREDIENTS:
4oz of Cascade Ice McIntosh Apple
2oz of apple juice
ice

DIRECTIONS:
Pour Cascade Ice McIntosh Apple over ice. Add a green apple wedge and a cinnamon stick to complete the yummy drink.

4 parts Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry
ice

DIRECTIONS:
Simply pour the Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry over ice.

INGREDIENTS:
3oz of Cascade Ice Cranberry Pomegranate
2oz of vodka
Lime Juice

DIRECTIONS:
Stir the contents in your shaker with a handful of ice and garnish with a skewer of cranberries or candy cane crumbs.

7. Winter Star Nog

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. SKYY Vodka
4 oz. Abuelita Hot Chocolate (prepared and cooled)
1/2 oz. Espresso
1/4 oz. Agave Syrup
1 Sage Leaf
1 Red Jalapeno
1 Green Jalapeno
White Chocolate for Garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Score the red and green jalapeno peppers. Muddle all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a white chocolate rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with red and green chilies.

Savory Fall Sangria

INGREDIENTS:
2 bottles VOGA Italia Merlot
3-4 fresh figs, sliced (or 1 cup dried figs)
1-2 fresh gala apples, sliced
1 cup of cherries
2-3 oranges, sliced (not peeled)
1 lemon, sliced
3 cups sparkling apple cider
1 cup orange juice
½ cup brandy
½ cup dark spiced rum
4 cinnamon sticks
5 whole cloves

DIRECTIONS:
Slice apples and insert whole cloves directly into the fruit.
Combine all fruit slices in a glass pitcher and slowly pour in brandy and wine.

Cover and chill from 2-24 hours (the longer, the better!)
Before serving, add sparkling cider and orange juice. Stir gently and serve over ice. Makes approximately 15 servings.

INGREDIENTS:
1 part SVEDKA Orange Cream Pop
1 part Irish Crème Liqueur
1 part Butterscotch Schnapps

DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake and strain in to a martini glass rimmed with crushed sugar cookie.
Dust with grated cinnamon.

1 oz. Crown Royal Black
0.25 oz. Cragganmore Distiller Edition
0.25 oz. sweet vermouth
1.25 oz. simple syrup
0.25 dashes of bitters
1 piece maraschino cherry

Stir all together in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

2 parts Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon
¼ part Honey
1-2 Star Anise
2 parts Hot Water
Orange Zest
Lemon Zest
3 Cinnamon Sticks

DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake and strain into a hot toddy glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

INGREDIENTS:
750 mL EFFEN® Salted Caramel Vodka
750 mL Cranberry Apple Cider
1 quart Pinot Noir
1 quart Tazo® Chai Tea
3 ounces Lemon Juice
2 Red Apples, sliced
1 pint Blackberries
Club Soda

DIRECTIONS:
In a large punch bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Garnish with fruit from the sangria and top with club soda, if desired. (Serves 20)

1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Vodka
1 1/2 parts White Crème de Cacao
1 part Peppermint Schnapps
1 part Heavy Cream
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker over ice, shake and strain in to martini glass. Garnish with crushed candy cane rim or a candy cane.

3⁄4 parts Heering® Cherry Liquor
1 dash Fee Brothers® Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters 2 parts Milk Stout Beer
Fresh Nutmeg

Combine Basil Hayden’s, cherry liquor and bitters in a mixing glass. 2. Add ice and shake.
3. Roll in the milk stout beer.
4. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.
5. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and cherry on top.

EFFEN® Toasted White Cranberry

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ parts EFFEN® Salted Caramel Vodka
1 ¾ parts White Cranberry Juice
¼ part Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ part Simple Syrup
Garnish: Toasted Coconut Flakes

DIRECTIONS:
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes.

George Dickel Rye Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS:
1.3 oz. George Dickel Rye
1 maraschino cherry
0.25 oz. bitters
1 sugar cube
1 splash water
1 slice orange
1 lemon twist

DIRECTIONS:
In an old-fashioned or rocks glass, muddle sugar, bitters and water. Add ice cubes and George Dickel Rye. Garnish with lemon twist, orange slice and cherry.

2 parts Skinnygirl™ Bare Naked Vodka
2 parts club soda
Dollop of sugar-free warm maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:
Shake vodka and maple syrup together with ice.
Top with club soda and pour into martini glass.

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ parts Skinnygirl™ Bare Naked Vodka
¾ part apple juice
¼ part agave syrup
Apple slice for garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Stir agave syrup with vodka in the base of a shaker until the agave syrup dissolves.
Add apple juice and shake thoroughly with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a green apple slice.

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ parts Skinnygirl™ Bare Naked Vodka
1 part canned unsweetened pumpkin
¾ part fat free sweetened condensed milk
¾ part unsweetened almond milk
½ TBSP pumpkin pie spice

DIRECTIONS:
Shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

1 candy cane, crushed, for garnish
2 ounces strawberry vodka
4 dashes white creme de menthe
2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice

DIRECTIONS:
Place crushed candy canes on a small plate or saucer. Wet the outside rim of a chilled martini glass with water.

Holding the glass by the stem, rotate the rim to coat with candy. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, creme de menthe, cranberry juice, and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into prepared glass; serve immediately.

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice, plus more for garnish
8 cups whole milk
6 large egg yolks
3 cups brandy

Set a large fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl. Place bottom of bowl in an ice bath; set aside. Off heat, in a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, and pumpkin-pie spice. Gradually whisk in 4 cups milk, taking care to incorporate the cornstarch. Whisk in egg yolks.

Whisking constantly, cook over medium heat until the first large bubble sputters, 10 to 12 minutes.

Reduce heat to low; cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute more. Remove from heat; immediately pour through sieve into bowl. Stir in remaining 4 cups milk. Let cool completely in bowl still set in ice bath.

Just before serving, stir in brandy, and ladle into glasses; garnish with pumpkin-pie spice.

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Avión Silver
3/4 oz Jalapeño Infused Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
4 Sage Leaves

DIRECTIONS:
Muddle sage. Add all ingredients. Shake. Double strain. Pour over new ice in cocktail glass. Garnish with sage leaf with a salted rim.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. SKYY Infusions Moscato Grape
5 oz. Sparkling Wine
3 Green Grapes
White Rimming Sugar

DIRECTIONS:
Pour vodka into a white sugar rimmed flute and top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with green grapes.

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. SKYY Vodka
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Agave Syrup (or Simple Syrup)
1/2 oz. Raspberry Compote (or Jam)
1/2 Ripe Green Pear
3 Raspberries for Garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Chop the pear into small pieces. Muddle all ingredients together in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail stick.

35. The Double Shot Martini

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 parts Avión Espresso
1 part Milk or Half & Half

DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 1-3 espresso beans.

36. Midori Peppermint Kiss

Midori Peppermint Kiss

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
1 oz SKYY Vodka
3 oz Pineapple juice
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
6 Basil Leaves, gently torn in half, (to release oils)
DIRECTIONS:
In a chilled shaker glass, add all the above ingredients. Add ice, shake for 15 seconds, and then strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with a basil leaf and one raspberry sitting in front of basil in glass.

37. Midori’s Elf Kiss

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 parts Midori Melon Liqueur
1.5 parts Sweet & Sour
1 part SKYY Infusions Citrus
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
2 1/2 inch squares of Ginger
Top with Cranberry Juice
A floater of Orange Liqueur

DIRECTIONS:
Fill tall glass with ice, pour Midori as the bottom layer. Muddle fresh ginger and juice of 1/2 a lemon. Add sweet & sour and SKYY Infusions Citrus. Shake with ice. Strain and pour over the bottom layer. Finally, carefully top with cranberry juice and a floater of Orange Liqueur. Garnish with candied ginger and a cranberry.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 parts Midori Melon Liqueur
3/4 part SKYY Infusions Citrus
1 part Finest Call Simple Syrup
1 part Half & Half
1 Raw Egg (No Shell)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine Ingredients into a mixing tin with ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds and strain into a 10oz glass over fresh ice. Depending on holiday, garnish red and green or blue and silver sprinkles.
