2. Peach Cobbler

Who doesn’t love peach cobbler. I certainly do! Ladies, this healthy remake in a glass is so close to the real deal that you are going to love this treat (sans the cheat).

1 Cup – Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Cup – Frozen Peaches
4 Oz – 0% Honey Flavored Greek Yogurt
1 Tbl – Honey
1 Tbl – Ground Flax Seeds
2 Tbl – Granola

3. You’re Gonna Flip Over This Mint Chocolate Chip Sip

Mint chocolate chip ice cream calls my name at least once a week. So I certainly had to remake this treat. Boom…minty, sweet and (now) healthy!

1 Cup – Vanilla Almond Milk
4 Oz – 0% Honey Flavored Greek Yogurt
1/2 Medium – Avocado
1/4 Cup – Fresh Mint
2 Tbl – Dark Chocolate Chips

4. Cookie Cream Dream

Dear Oreo Shakes: Take several seats! This remake is all it takes ladies to satisfy your sweet tooth. Even the cookies are healthy. One serving of “WhoKnew” Chocolate Sandwich cookies has 3 grams of fiber! Who…knew?!

1 Cup – Light Chocolate Soy Milk
4 Oz – 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 – Medium Frozen Banana
1 Scoop – Chocolate Protein Powder
3 – WhoKnew Smart Cookies (Chocolate)

5. Peanut Butter Jelly Time

This childhood treat was my favorite then and is still my favorite now. However this smoothie may have me swapping my two slices of bread for two straws (so I drink it faster). It’s that good!

1 Cup – Almond Milk
4 Oz – 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup – Frozen Raspberries
1/2 – Medium Frozen Banana
1 Tbl – Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Scoop – Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 tsp – Vanilla Extract

6. I Aint Gonna Lie, I Love Sweet Potato Pie

Your favorite holiday dessert is even RADder as a smoothie. Let the church say Amen! Don’t believe me? Blend this baby up and I bet you a Coke that you will drink it quicker than it took me to write this post.

1 Cup – Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Oz – 0% Honey Flavored Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup – Sweet Potatoes (peeled, cooked and diced)
1 Scoop – Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp – Cinnamon
1 tsp – Vanilla

7. Strawberry Shortcake

Girl! You will never eat a real strawberry shortcake again after you try this RAD smoothie. Shortbread cookies, vanilla flavored healthy dairy and strawberries should always mingle in a blender.

1 Cup – Vanilla Soy Milk
4 Oz – Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Cup – Frozen Strawberries
1 Tsp – Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp – Honey
1 Scoop – Vanilla Protein Powder
2 – Shortbread Cookies (crumbled)

8. Sly Key Lime Pie

Key lime pie just secretly got tangy and healthy. This kitchen science project gets an A++. Graham crackers are already naturally light so hey, throw another + on there!

1 Cup -Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
4 Oz – 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup – Spinach
1 – Medium Frozen Banana
1 – Date (pitted)
1/2 tsp – Vanilla Extract
1 Tbl – Lime Juice
1 – Lime (just the zest)
1 Tbl – Graham Crackers (crushed)

9. Chocolate Raspberry Shake Remake

Chocolate cravings beware. This healthy remake to the chocolate shake is easy to make and tasty beyond words. Plus cocoa is known to improve brain power, so I “think” you should have on of these smoothies right away beauties.

1 Cup – Light Chocolate Soy Milk
1 Cup – Frozen Raspberries
2 Tbl – Unsweetened Cocoa
2 tsp – Honey
Ice

10. Holla At This Pina Colada

You wont even miss the rum (or the calories) in this one. Coconut water is great after a hard workout and pineapple, well, is just great. Enjoy this one by the pool and still look cool (in your suit).

1/2 Cup – Plain Soy Milk
1/2 Cup – Coconut Water
1 Cup – Frozen Pineapples
1 tsp – Vanilla Extract
1 tsp – Honey
1 Tbl- Shredded Coconut

11. Mocha Mood Booster

You can spend $5 on a blended ice coffee, or you can make your own…for half the calories and price. I love having this caffeine kicking sweet treat midday. Satisfies my sweet tooth and gives me an excellent boost.

1/2 Cup – Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Cup – Coffee (chilled)
1/2 – Medium Frozen Banana
1 Scoop – Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tsp – Honey
