Beyonce performed her new single “1+1” on the “American Idol” finale last night. The slow-paced, sentimental ballad poured out like a love letter: “I don’t know when I’m gon’ die, but I know I’m gon’ die by you. I don’t know much about fighting, but I will fight for you”
We we’re expecting another uptempo record as a follow-up to “Run The World (Girls),” so this was a nice surprise – reminds us of her “Dangerously In Love” days.
