Mariah Carey was spotted with girlfriends for her first girls night out since having twins. Mariah and friends hit up Juliet Supper Club in Hollywood. I must say, especially for just having twins, Mariah looks FAB! She wore a rust-colored tube top dress with long necklaces and a tan sweater. Mariah looked like she had a fun night even without hubby Nick Cannon.
