GloRilla Gets Cheeky For Her Upcoming SNL Appearance

Now, she’s flaunting her bountiful buns everywhere she goes, including her upcoming performance on Saturday Night Live, scheduled to air on January 18.

Glo took to her Instagram page to announce her forthcoming appearance with a sneak peek of her denim-on-denim look. Styled by EJ King, the “Watch Know About Me” rapper had her thigh tattoos on full display in a denim set by Miss Sixty and denim Isis boots by Jennifer Le.

This will be the Memphis rapper’s debut performance on SNL, and it will be hosted by comedic royalty Dave Chapelle. In a post to SNL’s Instagram page, the duo joined Marcello Hernandez on stage to promote their upcoming show.

Performing on the SNL stage is a significant milestone for most artists. And while most of her fans in the comment section showed their support and gave their nod of approval, others felt her cheeky ensemble was inappropriate. If we’re being honest, GloRilla is doing exactly what we expect a young, carefree, 25-year-old artist to do. Lil Kim walked so rappers like Glo could run.
