GLAAD Wants Blogger To Apologize For Anti-Gay Slur
We told you yesterday about the Will.I.Am fight with blogger Perez Hilton, well it seems that GLAAD wants Perez to apologize for using an anti-gay slur during the alleged fight in which Hilton claims he was assaulted by Will’s manager Polo Molina.
According to mtvnews.com, Perez issued a statement to TMZ:
“I am saddened GLAAD chose to victimize me further by criticizing me for how I non-violently dealt with a very scary situation that, unfortunately, turned violent.”
Hilton, who briefly worked as a media relations assistant for GLAAD before becoming a gossip blogger, said that he should be the one who gets the apology, not the other way around.
We hope Perez and Will.I.Am can work it out.
