The two fatalities of the recent shooting at a Fort Myers nightclub have been identified.

According to the New York Daily News, authorities have confirmed Stef’An Strawder, 18, and Sean Archilles, 14, were both killed in the shooting that occurred at Club Blu.

“He liked to make people laugh. He’s a funny kid. He’s always joking,” Archilles’ father, Jean Archilles, told the newspaper.

Yet, Mr. Archilles also said he doesn’t wish the killer responsible for his son’s death “any harm.”

“When he lays down in his bed, how is he feeling about what he did? A 14-year-old kid! Is he thinking about his family, his friends? Because everybody has family and friends. Does he feel good about himself?” he asked.

The other victim, Strawder, was a popular high school basketball player who hoped to play Division 1 ball in college, the paper noted.

“Why him? Why Stef?” sister Sharrelle White, who was also shot at the club, told News Press“No matter where he went, everyone invited him into their home like he was their own. People loved him.”

“We might not understand this now, but we have to come together and our faith will help us get through this,” said Strawder’s former coach, Dawn McNew.

As HelloBeautiful previously reported, so far three suspects have been detained in the investigation.

Four people remained hospitalized on Monday morning, two of them in critical condition and two in stable condition, the Daily News noted. The others who were wounded were treated and released.

We send our deepest condolences to the Strawder and Archilles families.
