Andre Montgomery, who rose to fame as the star of the reality show “Welcome To Sweetie Pies,” was fatally shot in North St. Louis Monday night, The St. Louis American reports.

Andre was the grandson of Sweetie Pie’s owner, Robbie Montgomery.

According to police reports, the 21-year-old was found unconscious in a house from gunshot wounds. He later died at the scene.

Two other victims were injured during the attack.  A suspect has not yet been formally identified.

According to TMZ, who reportedly spoke to Miss Robbie, he was at the house where the incident took place to lay down a verse in a home recording studio. He reportedly received a phone call to come outside and was then shot.

They have a strong lead on the suspect and may even have video surveillance of the alleged shooter, TMZ quoted Miss Robbie as saying.

Andre moved to St. Louis from Texas as a part of a plot for the show.
