Rick Ross is being sued by a woman who claimed she was raped in his van. According to TMZ, the woman, who is identified as Jane Doe in the suit, claims she met up with Ricky Rozay and his entourage in LA during Grammy weekend.
Jane Doe alleged that the aforementioned invited her to go to Cannabis Cup (a weed convention). She claims she got in a van with Officer Ricky, a man named Thaddeus “Black” James, a DJ, three security guards, and the driver. She alleges that someone gave her a glass of alcohol and that she passed out shortly after drinking it.
She says the next thing she knew, 2 hours had passed and she was in the van with Black.
The woman says she went back to Black’s hotel room and passed out again. She woke up at 8 AM, examined herself and realized her clothes had been removed and she had been sexually assaulted.
The woman believes Black is the one who raped her, and she’s suing Black and Rick Ross.
Rick Ross’ team has yet to comment.
