Do you remember when Chris Brown first hit the music scene? He was a sweet 16-year-old kid (that I personally had a crush on) singing, Run It. Ah, those were the days. We had so much expectation for the musician and man that Chris Brown would become.
Chris Brown, for all the times I have side-eyed his actions as a person, continues to make great music. Although to be honest, it is very conflicting and problematic to root for Chris Brown. From the domestic violence against Rihanna to his cringeworthy relationships all around that are always put on public display, Breezy is truly a contentious character even for those who grew up watching and loving him.
Indeed his daughter Royalty clearly has him trying to change his ways (Isn’t she the cutest?) But ever so often, Breezy gets into his feelings as he did again this weekend, tweeting some cryptic messages. See below:
The tweets read:
“When u allow me to be the man for you everything else will fall into place. I can’t be f**k n***a all my life!”
“U fear me only because of the potential!”
Breezy, what are you even talking about? These messages are so vague and seem more like a cry for attention than anything else. Really rooting for you CB, but come on get it together and avoid being in your feelings on Twitter. (Unless you’re going to be straight to the point so we can know all the tea.)
