Forensic Scientists: Toxicology Report For Sandra Bland Offers Incomplete, Possibly Inaccurate Information

Following Sandra Bland’s burial, forensic scientists are now disputing the data outlined in her initial toxicology report. The report claims that she ingested marijuana around the time of her death. But it doesn’t clearly state how much was in her blood when she passed. Furthermore, the information on her marijuana use doesn’t clarify when she used the substance or how much her senses had been impaired by it. Despite speculation that Bland smoked or ingested marijuana while in custody, the Waller County District Attorney’s office says there’s no evidence backing up that claim.
