Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown have had their fair share of public turmoil. The on-again, off-again couple officially called it quits earlier this year when it was revealed Breezy had fathered a baby with another woman. Karrueche found out on social media. Since kicking Brown to the curb, she’s tried to find her own voice and lift the Chris Brown shadow.

In an exclusive interview with MadameNoire, the petite beauty revealed,

“We never cross paths, but it gets a little iffy sometimes. We make it work so it’s not too uncomfortable or awkward. This weekend, I did have security just because I’m sure you know things got a little crazy a few weeks ago.”

Karrueche is referring to her run-in with Brown at club Playhouse when she and Breezy got into a verbal altercation that led to cops being called.

Earlier this month, Karrueche checked Chris on Instagram for comments he made about an interview in which she mentioned his name. “He made a comment about an interview I did, so then that’s when I was like mmhmmm.”

When asked what is something unique about her, the aspiring actress revealed, her father is gay.

“I don’t think I’ve ever told anybody this, but my father is gay. I think I’ve never told anybody just because I don’t realize that that’s not necessarily normal. I’ve just kind of always known and then as I grew older we had certain talks with my mom and it was just what it was.”
