This story just keeps getting worse and worse. Elizabeth Ballinger, the 17 year-old girl who was the victim of a brawl at a Brooklyn McDonald’s caught on video has been arrested on weapons charges, specifically for carrying two guns on Friday night, according to police reports.

According to the police report, the teen had been planning to attack a 19 year-old in East New York’s Linden Plaza apartments, where she waited for the woman in the lobby. Fortunately, the woman anticipated Ballinger’s intentions and called 911. Ballinger then reportedly ran away from the police and ended up getting caught in a coil of razor wire that gave her cuts in her upper thighs and derrière. An NYPD Emergency Services Unit team had to cut the coil to set the teen free and treat her injuries. Police do not believe that this latest Ballinger incident is related to the McDonald’s brawl. When news of that brawl became highly publicized and the teen was  asked why she had been attacked in an interview, she claimed to have no idea. Something tells me that this might not be the case, and we are missing important pieces of this ongoing story.

We hope Ballinger gets some much-needed help (and not just prison time) because clearly she is not in a good place right now. Also, we have to ask: Where are the parents?
