The White House’s Instagram shared the most adorable photo of the First Family on the White House lawn for Easter. Even though President Barack Obama has been in the White House for the last seven years, we’ve watched him and his beautiful family change history; so seeing their holiday family photos is more than just a couple of “awws” and Facebook shares, it’s a sense of pride that combines all the dreams of little boys who want to president and little girls dream of themselves as powerful women in the White House. The Obamas attended service at Alfred Street Baptist, a historic Black church in Alexandria, Virginia. “How fitting that on the day we celebrate the rising of our Lord and Savior, we also welcome our sitting president,” Pastor Howard-John Wesley said to applause from enthusiastic worshippers, whom he urged to keep their cellphones in their pockets and purses. “This is not selfie time,” he said to laughter. “Let the brother worship in the house of God.”
