Sherri Shepherd’s Court Battle Continues
Sherri Shepherd was back in the court room battling it out with her soon-to-be ex-husband Lamar Sally.
The exes are in court to determine if Sherri is financially responsible for Lamar Sally, Jr., a child conceived via surrogate in 2014. As a result of Sherri not signing the birth certificate, the surrogate Jessica Bartholomew has been held financially responsible for the child.
This is an interesting case. The outcome of this case may set a precedent for future divorce proceedings. We have a feeling that this isn’t going to turn out in Sherri’s favor…
