Serena Williams is soaking up lots of praise and counting all of her money after securing a history-making 18th Grand Slam win!

The tennis pro won her third consecutive U.S. Open earlier today when she beat Caroline Wozniacki 6-3, 6-3, the Associated Press reports. This victory also made her the first woman to win the title three times in a row since Chris Evert’s four-year run, which began in 1975.

We all know that Serena is a champion. That’s not to say that she doesn’t have to put in work to win as much as she does. Truth be told, this was a hard-won victory for the tennis star, who has had a tough season up until this point. She lost at the Australian Open, the French Open and Wimbledon before she had to exit a doubles match with her sister Venus due to a viral illness.
