Misty Copeland Inspires Us To Be Everything We Want To Be
Misty Copeland is one of the best ballerinas in the business. She may be the soloist for the American Ballet Theatre now, but that doesn’t mean she forgot about the rejection she received in the beginning of her career.
The athletic apparel company Under Armour tapped Misty to be in a commercial that is part of the company’s female-driven “I Will What I Want” global marketing campaign — they hope to attract more women to their brand. In the beginning of the ad, a young girl is heard narrating one of Misty’s rejection letters. Watch the commercial above and we dare you not to be inspired.
