Paula Deen has been cleared of all racial discrimination charges.
According to the Associated Press, a federal judge dismissed Lisa Jackson’s claims that the celebrity chef subjected her to racist attitudes and sexual harassment during the five years she worked at Uncle Bubba’s Seafood and Oyster House.
U.S. District Court Judge William T. Moore Jr. ruled that Jackson, Deen’s former restaurant manager, has no right to sue for racial discrimination because she’s white.
“We are pleased with the Court’s ruling today that Lisa Jackson’s claims of race discrimination have been dismissed,” a rep for Deen told Us Weekly. “As Ms. Deen has stated before, she is confident that those who truly know how she lives her life know that she believes in equal opportunity, kindness and fairness for everyone.”
This lawsuit cost Paula Deen contracts with the Food Netowrk, Wal-Mart, Smithfield Foods, Sears and Kmart.

Pure Comedy: Paula Deen’s pot luck
Paula Deen yet again found herself becoming the butt of a trending topic when she asked a question that yielded some hilarious answers.
How’s Judy Smith going to spin this one?
Last week, Paula thought it would be a great idea to ask her followers on Twitter what their favorite pot luck dish is. Two months ago this would have been a harmless question, but in the wake of her n-word controversy (and the hasty apology afterwards) it became an invitation for mockery.
Since most people are still pretty mad about the fact that she has used the n-word in the past and even wanted a plantation-themed event, complete with Black waiters, the Twitterverse went in on Paula. Coming up with racially themed dishes, snarky tweeters reveled in the opportunity to ether Paula yet again. Check out some of the responses that she got!
