The Clueless actress recently sparked controversy by reaching out to former Food Network star Paula Deen to offer her support.

“God does everything for a reason @Paula_Deen. Only God can judge your heart,” the Dash tweeted. “BTW my daughter loves your show (only way she can get me to cook).”

While the conservative beauty has the right to show love to whomever she’d like, there’s something wrong when an African-American woman supports a person who uses racial slurs and thinks it’s acceptable for Black people to dress as slaves for a plantation-style wedding.

As we reported earlier, food show host Paula Deen lost her job — and much of the public’s respect — after she admitted to freely using the N-word during a deposition in a civil lawsuit. She also revealed that she fantasized about throwing a slavery-themed wedding party for her bother. In response, the Food Network decided not to renew her contract — even after the Georgia native issued several apologies.
