The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas
I cried about this movie for 3 weeks. Seriously. Sometimes I still get misty-eyed when explaining it to friends. Set during World War II, The Boy In The Stripped Pajamas is a story as seen through the eyes of an 8-year-old German boy named Bruno. Bruno is the son of a high-ranking concentration camp official whose new secret friendship with a Shmuel, a Jewish boy on the other side of the camp fence has shocking and dire consequences. (94 min., PG-13)
