BET Awards 2013: The Absolute Best & Worst Dressed
The inaugural BET Experience officially begun a few days ago but (besides the performances) we are most excited about the red carpet festivities. The Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles was packed with our favorite starlets sporting the latest fashions from the top designers around the world. The hue for the evening was clearly crisp white for both genders (I so approve).
