Pineapple Escape
1.5 oz. Vikingfjord Vodka
.5 oz. Coconut Liqueur
.5 oz. Lime Juice
1. oz. Pineapple Juice
Barspoon of Sugar Cane Syrup
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
