Say, What? New Pregnancy Prevention Campaign Features Pregnant Teen Boys
Photos from a new pregnancy prevention campaign in Chicago has many city bus and train riders turning their heads. “Unexpected,” the Chicago Department of Public Health’s latest effort to help reduce teenage pregnancy, features images of pregnant boys.

Sources say the teen birth rate in the Windy City is 150 percent higher than the national average. According to CDPH officials, the campaign is meant “to instill the idea that teen parenthood is not just a girl’s responsibility.”
The department urges teens to visit BeYouBeHealthy.org and Sexedloop.com for more information on safe sex, abstinence and birth control.
