For me, summer cannot get here fast enough. I’ve spent all winter making sure I had the best lip scrubs and face creams to fight off the cold brittle winds. Now it’s time to start thinking about how viciously hot the sun will be against my skin. Check out my list of summer must-haves and please feel free to run to the stores (or power up your laptops) and get these smart buys!

1. If the weather chick is right, this summer will be a doozy! There’s nothing more irritating than being out at your neighborhood block party and your face is dripping of foundation. So not cute! Instead you (and I) should opt for a lighter coverage like the new IMAN BB Crème. It’s powered with SPF15 and lots of hydrating agents like almonds, aloe, and vitamin A, E, and C.

2. The rest of your body will need some love too. Since we are on-the-go kinda girls, you’ll need a spray-on sunscreen spray. What’s great about this spritz is that it goes on clear and it’s unscented. This way you can still dab a little of your boyfriend’s favorite perfume for your hot summer dates.

3. I’ve heard that weekly visits to the spa are necessary. But who has that kinda budget. Instead I’ve found an awesome solution. Equipped with an adult spa, indoor and outdoor bade pool, water falls and so much more, Spa Castle is awaiting us for just $35 a day. Sure there’s not much privacy (or perhaps that’s an additional cost) but you’ll be able to afford that Michael Kors tote that you’ve been stalking.

You can totally thank me later for these tips! Enjoy.

As a bonus, be sure to enter our contest for your chance to win your shade of IMAN BB Crème.
