Spring is in full swing and bikini season is right around the corner!
Obtaining a healthy bikini-ready body not only takes time, but dedication and a plan. So, how do you find a fitness activity that’s right for you ?

Each year, there seems to be a handful of “new” workout routines that everyone is trying. Once upon a time it was Tae Bo, belly dancing and more recently P90X. There’s no harm in trying out a new routine so we’ve gathered a list of the workouts that currently have the fitness world going crazy.

1. Zumba
Zumba reached the height of its popularity in 2010 when the dance phenomenon first hit the scene and everyone and their mother seemed to be doing it. Now, the workout craze is making a big punch, again. Try out this latin, high energy dance-fitness class and we’re sure it will have you hooked.
2. 30-Day Squat Challenge
The 30-Day Squat Challenge is one way to work on that bootylicious backside you may want. This fitness craze has been groaning rampant on social media so it may be worth a try. There are challenges of every time frame out there, but take a look at the rules for the 30-day challenge below.

3. Koga
Koga is where Yoga and kickboxing meet. It’s like the best of both worlds; you get to focus on strength, flexibility and cardio all at once.
4. Buti
Buti is pronouced like booty and that’s just that it focuses on! According to the LA Times, Buti Yoga is a fusion of Miami Booty Dance, yoga and CrossFit-type plyometric moves. This high-intensity workout is set to Afro-Brazilian funk, hip-hop and reggae music, and promises a lot of fun and tweaking.
5. Wii Fit
Wii Fit is like the workout video that interacts with you! You can choose from four main categories (Strength Training, Aerobics, Yoga and Balance Games) and the game checks your BMI and “Wii Fit age.”
