Rihanna Lands 24th Top 10 Single
“Stay,” the intense love ballad by Rihanna, soared 54 spots to number three on the Billboard Charts following her 2013 Grammy Awards performance, resulting in her 24th top 10 single! RiRi, who also is making strides in the radio market, was tied at 23 with Whitney Houston. That places her only 12 spots away from the reigning queen Madonna and three notches below Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson!

Nicole Scherzinger Passed On Rihanna’s “We Found Love”
Rihanna struck gold with her poppy anthem “We Found Love,” but former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger had to pass on it first! The X-Factor judge revealed her “Christina Milian moment” to Notion magazine.
“I passed on We Found Love. I’ve got the demo of that song and I was busy at the time. They’d sent me a few dance tracks and I wasn’t able to get to them and I was like, ‘Oh there’s so much dance and I want to take a break from it’.
That was my fault. I slept on it.”
