Ashanti’s mother/manager has had a major role in her daughter’s career and success. Besides all that good stuff, it is her mother that instilled in Ashanti the many morals and beliefs she follows.
“You always taught me to be a leader, not a follower and I remember that from Elementary School,” says Ashanti to her mother.
